Arrival and Attunement
Arrive, settle, and meet your fellow travellers. Opening circle and intention setting, followed by an introductory talk on Bufo: what it is, how it works, what to expect, and how to prepare. Time to rest, connect, and arrive fully.
Day Two
First Ceremony
Your first Bufo session. Individual sessions, one at a time, with full support throughout. The rest of the day offers a menu of options to participate in as you feel called: nature, rest, sound, movement, or simply being. An evening sharing circle to begin making meaning together.
Day Three
Second Ceremony
Your second session, often the more significant. Many describe a qualitative shift from the first. Again, a menu of supported options follows throughout the day so you can integrate in whatever way feels right. There is no obligation to do anything other than be with your experience.
Day Four
Integration and Meaning-Making
Facilitated depth psychology integration using the Numinity framework. Shadow work, archetypal inquiry, and the work of bringing your experience into language and life.
Day Five
Closing and Return
Final sharing circle, closing ceremony, and a curated integration resource pack. Connections and commitments that carry the medicine home.
